The company covers a surface of about 13,000 square meters, where we
perform all the phases of the production cycles from design to
production: a technical bureau focused on the improvement of new
technologies and on the development and modernization of the
existing ones; a production department using the most advanced
production technologies, an ongoing exchange with our clients and
marketing areas to follow
their development and to propose suitable solutions. Except the
products that you can find on the market, the company philosophy
is based on the fact of producing all the components inside the
factory and of providing their assembly and their mechanical and
electrical test. This is an approach allowing a better quality
and delivery time control and a wide range of spare parts

Today Bonino is able to supply:

In the sector of woollen spinning: machines
to prepare fibres and carding sets.
New mini-carding set: a compact machine,
easy to maintain and suitable for small-sized lots,
which has been designed to work special fibres
with up to 80 mm of length.
Systems for cashmere dehairing.
In the nonwoven sector: systems to recycle
textile wastes, systems to open and blend fibres
and nonwoven cards or air lay forming systems. Possibility of providing complete lines including

The analysis of the manufacturing process for non-woven showed that the weak point concerning quality and production capacity was the crosslapper.

A new machine was designed and manufactured with a revolutionary, now patented belt transport system, fitting the users needs.

The latest model is installed in our R&D center and available for customer trials and visits.

CROSSLAPPER:
Models

Standardizing and over-sizing are the keywords of Texnology philosophy. The
over-lapper is equipped with engines and devices of the same size
oversized of more than four times compared to the nominal loads. This
entails a great simplification with the use of spare parts,
guaranteeing a high working continuity.

There are mainly four versions. The structure of the machine and the
textile circuit remain unvaried, while the number of applied axles
together with the materials used in the various performances change.

Products

Sicam manufactures continuous finishing lines for the bonding of dry laid
webs, wet laid webs, spun bonded webs and glass fiber webs. Nonwoven
can be thermo bonded by calendars, ovens or chemically bonded by
means of impregnation, drying and curing. Sicam can supply
impregnation units to apply the binder such as foam, liquid, powder
and spray in different ways.
