High Temperature Jig
jigmatic™ HT – High Temperature jig with operating temperatures of up to 160ºC is recommended for synthetic and most non-permeable fabric constructions in open width form such as technical textiles. Jig-matic™ HT can be configured for the dyeing process with use of VAT-type dyes.
Dyeing under pressurized conditions eliminates the need for chemical carriers and reduces the time of dye cycles for most fabrics. Thus it is environmentally friendly.
Pioneering use of modern composite materials allowed for construction of patented self-lubricating bearings for main rolls and all other idler rolls. Generally over-engineered technical solutions are examples of machine design that produces dependable machine operation in extreme conditions of high temperatures, pressures and aggressive chemicals.
