Atmospheric Jig

Jig dyeing have become recently the process of choice for many textile mills due to the demand for shorter dye lots, fast deliveries and higher quality. It is also the most economical method with liquor ratios between 2:1 and 5:1.
jigmatic™ AT - Atmospheric jig is mostly used to process natural and regenerated fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, acetate and rayon as well as some synthetic fibers such as nylon and polyester with the use of carriers.
Automated dosing system addition tanks are equipped with rinse ring and enclosed coil for heating. A circulation and dosing pump feeds dyes and chemicals into dye bath according to the recipe loaded by operator.
