All jigmatic™ machines are equipped with an industrial touch screen controller and driven by state of the art electronic drive system at constant tension and speeds up to 200m/min.

Scaled levels of control allow for fully automatic, semi automatic or manual dyeing process.

Creation and management of the dyeing process recipes have never been easier. Detailed recipe structure in fully automated mode promise always-equal results.

A proven tension control in addition to automated dosing system guarantee even dyeing from side to side and from end to end.

The system is designed for multiple machines to be interfaced to a central dye house computer
